Our lives are dominated by numbers. This is not a modern phenomenon, throughout human existance as we know it people have been recording numbers and noting the significance to their personal lives. Cave paintings and carvings from as long ago as 25,000 BC show humans have counted the phases of the moon and compared these numbers to the functioning of the human body. Ancient mathematics was inseperable from philosophy, mysticism and divination. More recently, computers, money and the stock market have resulted in an increased interest in numerology and business.
In this investigation, we want to see if numerology can provide significant assistance in daily life. We're looking for volunteers to receive one weeks worth of daily numerology. Here's how it will work:
- Participants email a question each day (for one week) about some decision they know they will make later that day.
- We send this question to our numerologist who will calcuate their response and email it back to us.
- We email the Participants.
- At the end of the week each participant rates the numerology using a standard accuracy scale.
- We publish the results on the Psi Society website.
Please note: Participants are under no obligation to follow the numerologist's suggestions and understand that any decisions they do make are completely their own responsibility. Questions and responses will never be published in any form, nor will participant indentities or email addresses. The numerologist will not be given the participant's email addresses.
