Your Privacy and what we do with information provided by you
As part of our investigations we will often need participants to email personal information relevent to particular investigations. For example, in our Mayan investigation we need participants to send us their date of birth. The information we receive is used purely and only for our investigations. Once an investigation has closed we do not store (in any way) email addresses or information. We never give email addresses, or any information, to third parties.
Types of information
Personal details: For some investigations we may need your date of birth and for others we may need your name. For example, a numerological investigation may require your full name. We may ask where in the country you are located or were born. Things we would never ask for:
- Credit card details or financial information
- Your home or work address
- Your telephone or mobile number
- Photographs or pictures
- Personal descriptions
- Intimate details about your life
- Myspace, Facebook (or similar) addresses
Email addesses: You are encouraged to sign up for a free, anonymous email account at Hotmail or Yahoo (for example). And to use a different account for each investigation you take part in. We will store your email address for as long as it is needed to send or recieve information relevent to the investigation you are taking part in. For example, in the Mayan Astrology investion we will use your email address to send you your personality profile and accuracy scale and then again to tell you whether you were sent a personality profile based on your Day Sign or a randomly selected Day Sign. After that your email address will be deleted from our our files. We will never:
- Spam your email address
- Share or sell your email address
- Send you any email other than ones relevent to the investigation you are taking part in
- Publish your email addess in any form
Published results
When we publish the results of investigations on our website we will never include personal or indentifying information about the participants involved. If an investigation is based on case studies, no information will published that would indentify particular individuals or businesses.
If you have any doubts about sending information we would rather you didn't send it |
